ASSESSMENT

Working together always starts with us getting to know you. We want to hear your story. We'll do our best to understand your history with food, with your body and any diagnoses you've been given. We want to consider all of what's going on for you right now, that might get in the way of working together, and any untapped supports that might aid our work together. Your first appointment will always be used to assess all of what's going on and making sure that you feel seen and heard.

You bring your lived experience with food, exercise and your body. We bring the evidence-based treatment models, and our practice-based evidence in helping people change their eating, and work through the hurdles together taking you towards your version of natural and confident eating.

We want to offer you the space to develop not only a great confidence in an eating pattern that is serving you well, but to develop a sense of being embodied and connected.
