FAQ

Can I choose my dietitian?

You are welcome to work with who you would like. If you would like to work with a specific dietitian, please let us know when being placed on the waitlist. If you are happy to work with any of our fabulous dietitians, your waitlist enquiry will be assessed for who we think might be the best fit for you.

Can I meet my dietitian before having appointments?

You will not be able to meet with your dietitian prior to commencing appointments. However, if you feel that you would like to work with us but you have the wrong fit, we are happy to consider moving you to another clinician.

Do you see people under 18 years?

Yes. Our dietitians are experienced with working with young people with eating disorders. If you have a loved one under 10 with an eating disorder, we would strongly encourage also seeking help with a clinical psychologist.

Do you offer telehealth appointments?

Yes. Where possible our dietitians would prefer clients to physically attend their appointments, and other than for long distance travel and last-minute illness, initial consultations will be run in person. However we understand that it's not always possible to be in session in-person and can change to Telehealth when the need arises.
