ZUMBA

Zumba Fitness is a Latin dance-inspired aerobics fitness program that is designed to give you a full body workout, often described as exercise in disguise. Our Intuitry Zumba Fitness classes aim to make you leave all thoughts of working out behind you.

ZUMBA GOLD

Zumba Gold is also a Latin dance-inspired aerobics fitness program, that is tailored slightly for active older adults who are looking for a Zumba class that leans towards moves without jumping or fast turns. Like all of our Intuitry Zumba classes, every routine can be adapted to go harder or more gently.
