If you’ve been on several diets, and each time you think ‘this will be the one that will work’ and after each time you ask yourself ‘why couldn’t I stick it – what’s wrong with me?’; you’re not alone. In fact, the most common pain-points experienced by the people we work with tend to be:

  • Going on numerous diets but never being able to stick to them
  • Being stuck in an endless cycle of losing and regaining weight
  • Avoiding buying food because you can’t trust yourself to keep it at home
  • Being totally consumed by thoughts of food
  • Feeling like they have zero control around food
